We're camping in the Prince Edward Island National Park, in a camp ground which hasn't officially opened for the season yet, so it's VERY quiet. We have come across the seasonal opening thing so many times on this trip - it's just a bit too early to see everything, although we've also avoided the crowds.
However, we saw these on the way from Nova Scotia to PEI:
and then we had to cross the Confederation Bridge to get to PEI, which clearly isn't the world's longest because it's got some lame claim to fame about being the longest over a non-frozen sea-way or something like that! At 13 or 15 kms long, it's still pretty impressive though:
First night we drove around and came across this place in New Glasgow, which has been operating it's lobster suppers for 50 years:
